One-time publication rights
This can be in print, on a Web site, in a mailer or e-mail, or in other media not including television ads
$75 per image
One-time publication rights for use in a TV ad
$750 per image
Gross receipts tax will be charged at a rate of 7.5625 percent.
Photos that are purchased for republication must be credited this way: “NMPolitics.net photo.” Credit must appear with the photograph.
Those who fail to credit NMPolitics.net will be billed an additional $25 if the image appears in print, on a Web site or in other media not including TV ads, and an additional $250 if the image appears in a TV ad.
One-time publication rights mean the photo can be published once in one item, for example, use in a brochure. If the purchaser plans to use the image in a brochure and on a poster, for example, purchaser must publish separate one-time publication rights for each.
