One-time publication rights
This can be in print, on a Web site or in other media
$75 per image

Gross receipts tax will be charged at a rate of 7.5625 percent.

Photos that are purchased for republication must be credited this way: “NMPolitics.net photo.” Credit must appear adjacent to photograph in publication or on Web site.

One-time publication rights mean the photo can be published once in one item, for example, use in a brochure. If the purchaser plans to use the image in a brochure and on a poster, for example, purchaser must publish separate one-time publication rights for each.
