NMPolitics.net encourages potential advertisers to familiarize themselves with the site’s editorial content prior to purchasing advertisements.

Advertising rates are subject to change at any time, but changes will not apply to orders for which payment has already been made.

All candidate ads must include a “paid for by” disclaimer, regardless of whether it’s required by law or ordinance in the jurisdiction in which the candidate is running.

NMPolitics.net reserves the right to refuse any advertisement found unsuitable for publication. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded.

If an advertiser opts to cancel after an ad’s run has begun, payment for that four-week cycle will not be refunded. Payment for the next four-week cycle will be refunded unless more than 21 days of the current four-week cycle have passed at the time of cancellation. With that exception, payment for future cycles will be refunded.

All cancellations must be requested in writing, and must be received by the above-described deadlines in order to obtain refunds. E-mail requests to heath@haussamen.com are sufficient.

By purchasing advertising, advertisers acknowledge that they have read these policies and agree that NMPolitics.net and its owner will not be liable or responsible for any damage, injury or loss that results from interaction and transactions between advertisers and those who read or click through from advertisements on this Web site to advertisers’ Web sites.
