NMPolitics.net has been named by the Washington Post’s Chris Cillizza as one of the best state politics blogs in the nation. The site is run by Heath Haussamen, a former newspaper reporter and editor and opinion columnist. Because of his work with NMPolitics.net, in 2011 the D.C. publication Politico named Haussamen one of 50 politicos across the nation “who will be a force to reckon with in the 2012 cycle.”
