		<description>Are you kidding Ms. Welsh?  The corruption and opaque government we have in NM could rival many African countries.  The many amatuerish, unqualified, and unprofessional people we have running our government here in NM is also similar to Africa.  Having laws means nothing if they are not enforced, and they are not enforced and are ignored routinely and that is bragged about by the government officials.  Just look at all the things we have going on weekly in the headlines of the media.  Can you actually believe it when you say:  &quot;we now have some of the toughest freedom-of-information laws in the nation&quot; and think that means anything at all?  NM has nothing to celebrate on &quot;Sunshine Week&quot;, for us it is always overcast.</description>
