Does this include the people hired on stimulus jobs also? If so that is like taking Federal money away from an employee and putting it in the State. Is this exactly legal? How does this effect the people holding those temporary jobs, etc. I think there should be a larger cut in the Governor's appointees. That would leave the little people more to work with. Cutting jobs at the lower level and forced furloughs are not the answer to the shortfall problem. But the Governor thinks he knows how to do it better.
