He thinks he will win the next election for Congress. He has stumbled and put his foot in his proverbial mouth too many times and now that it is coming down to the wire, he doesn't know which way to turn. Most of the present regime in Washington is wondering what has happened to their popularity in the last few months and what has happened to their strong voter populace that rushed them into office. 2010 will tell the tale of which way this country will go.
