		<description>I really like the sliding scale idea.  And it is definitely time to eliminate that &quot;combined reporting&quot; loophole.  I suggest that the tax cuts for the rich that were implemented in 2003 should be repealed also.

It is also time to think about a veto override, if the governor continues to be uncooperative.</description>
