From reading HR 3200, it&#039;s my understanding that in order to join the HIE, Health Insurance Exchange, all insurance companies will have to meet certain standards, including limits on cost of premiums, deductables, etc.  And if your insurance company does not join this exchange, you are free to choose one that has.  It will take a few years (2011 or 2012) to put the infrastructure all in place, but I believe that help is on the way.</description>
