Waded Cruzado placed blame for the tuition increase on the state funding formula's tuition revenue credit - a bad reflection on Governor Richardson. He does not care about the tuition increases affecting our NMSU students. Laura Conniff has contributed $1,200 to Richardson's campaigns, and she simply is his YES person.
